Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada I had my acting debut with the National Film Board of Canada-as notable for the pink balloon the director made me wear around my wrist as my pre-pubescent voice cracking its way through the dialogue. Following that auspicious beginning, I acted in many theatre productions playing everything from a British soldier and Dracula to a child crusader and angst ridden runaway.

The passion and dedication to acting in my formative years transferred over to sports as I focused on volleyball - playing in both the Canada Summer Games and with the National Champion University of Calgary Dinosaurs. After a car accident combined with a lot of "pine riding" had me questioning my future in the sport, serendipity came into my life. A summer's opportunity took me to Toronto, Canada and I never returned to live in my hometown of Calgary again.

Spent the year of 1989 in Toronto before beginning my Dostoevsky-Buster Keaton travels; a year in Milan, Italy followed by a year in Vancover, Canada then across the country to Montreal for a year before landing in Paris, France from '93-'95 where I became fluent in French(much thanks to the lovely old lady from the Boulangerie below my apartment who not only provided the best baguettes I've EVER eaten, but conjugated the word of the day for me on my road to learning the language). Aside from writing and walking with the ghost of Henry Miller in Montmartre, I began training models and acquired quite a roster of up and coming super models who have gone on to much success in the world of acting and other endeavors.

Finally, NYC! Arriving with no money, no working papers, and knowing only a couple of people - my work was cut out for me. Surviving off training some clients that shuttled between the two countries and every actor's pre-requisite gig as a cater-waiter, I got involved in various acting classes and studied privately with Alan Savage. By the time the '00's hit, I was lucky enough to have been cast as a guest star on some notable NYC productions - Law&Order, Third Watch, and One Life to Live in addition to some theatre work and some small parts in a few Indie films.

It was during this time that I began working commercially and soon found luck and good fortune in the world of voice overs. The brands I hawked through those voice overs could have been plastered over the cabin I found in the woods of Connecticut. Alongside a friend with much more skill and brains in the field than I, we spent 2005-2009 gutting, designing, and then building my hedonistic and one of a kind getaway home.

Now, as for today and the future.......................
